Exactly! Getting upset about forward looking statement is ridiculous. The guys running the show right now literally just finished dealing with past leaderships lawsuits due to pissed off investors. They are on the brink with commercializing this tech. Why would they risk getting back into trouble when something they cant control like India pulling out suddenly makes some irritable investor say they lied or something?
Working at a mega corp I get that stuff quarterly. Legal jargon that will enable the lawyers to drop the ax on employees heads at a whim. I guess I personally am so use to company legal doublespeak I do not even notice it any more.
