Incorrect, es1 ; below,explains the logic why.

Dan conducted scams in a foolish manner which makes Dan a foolish scammer.

Dan tried to scam his sister, got caught and had a court judgement against him for $254k; Dan tried to scam his ex employees pension fund, got caught and was assessed a $310,000 penalty by the courts; Dan tried to scam SRSR shareholders by doing a deal with IGEX, got caught, deal abandoned.

Therefore,Dan is a foolish scammer.
