The stock is definitely trading stronger than in weeks past and the clean break of .001+ here will be quite telling. Doesn't appear like a dilutive trend so WHEN the management delivers substantial news- it is my opinion, that we will see an adjusted and escalated shareholder value here. This is oversold and trading far too low for what's it's already announced.
