It will happen. The only question is when. I am predicting it will happen next year 2018 mainly out of desperation that the GSEs are running out of money. Mel Watt will have to release them from conservator-ship and then the run up will commence. All that I say will become a reality. Just like I said that Trump will be our next president and many here scoffed at me as being a fool for saying that.
