I wasn't around here for the last R/S. So I don't have the facts. But from what a I saw from the posts on this board many of them got burned (lost big money).
Usually after a R/S a penny stock's PPS will capitulate and fall back resulting in the SH losing their shirt. The R/S itself does not do that, but the aftermath of the PPS drifting back creates all of the pain. Those of us who have experienced this know this very well.
