I sent an email tonight asking those questions and more. I'll post the response good or bad. I still have 17 mill shares but sold 20 mill earlier. Just not sure right now how many shares I want to be holding. OTC is really blah lately! I can't find a single stock I can invest in right now that I'm confident about. So I'm limiting my risk for the time being.
