I think the placebo rate was toward the lower end due to some dropouts. If it was the historical rate of 75%, the difference would be ~50%.

Ever since the result came out yesterday, there were concerted efforts to turn the attention away from it. First the stock price, now Preventgate. I know I’ll be nitpicked and parsed, but I’ll say it anyway. My takeaway from the result is patients are 40% less likely to develop severe OM when taking B-OM, 50% if the placebo rate is 75%.

Those were high placebo rates - historically.
