Nothing there says ILLEGAL, deceptive yes. Fraudulent is not illegal as you posted unless the SEC gets involved. This is why they use a disclaimer. I set these guys up with promoters years ago so I know how they operate. I know Rick and Chris very well and how they operate. Glad they don't control the other stock and financiers do. I don't hate Rick or Chris.
