On time would be January 31st. 4rth qtr and year end are filed together 90 days after close of fiscal test. He may file them sooner but doesn’t have too. If they don’t come out Friday he isn’t late but if everyone is expecting it and it doesn’t happen then some will use it to claim it’s a scam. Just saying.
