This $15M company that is supposed to be acquired. How was Bob going to finance this? I don't see the cash flow for such a claim, yet I heard it more than once.
Uplisting to the OTCQB, without a reverse split. Sounds good an all but that means increasing the PPS by 100 fold. I wondered how that was going to happen too.
Meanwhile, I am one of the bag holders. I will sit on it for now and see where it takes me. Lucky for me I only put in what I could afford to lose.
