It was reported that there was a loan with 6 installments for cogosense acquisition on 9/8. Which was PR'd as "we bought" and not "planning to acquire".

Is there a reason we believe as of 9/8 we didnt take the loan and complete the acquisition.
If we think/believe/agree this was completed wouldnt this increase the onci revs pre-9/8 taking into account the previous 51-49 relationship. on the same track the onci "pie" would also now be 100% from 9/8 forward.
Also PR'd around that time was cogosense had 1m in revs.
Wouldnt all that be baked into Q4 and 2017 onci cake.Thus adding to the overall good story. Of course net would be dinged by the installments to creditor/bank.
