Yes it will be a small cap.

Just trying to figure it all out. Obviously he has aspirations to take this to the next level.

By the report it appears that the steps are in progress.

It really would be a small r/s in the scheme of things and with a small A/S less than 10 mill shares and float even smaller than that.

So eventual stock price will be probably somewhere in the .50-$1.00 range after all this happens(depending on what happens in the mean time) making it easier to make progress towards a larger exchange.

I said long time that I'd love ADCF does a RS & then aims for Nasdaq listing. I'll start loading after the RS. I see huge potential in this company.
