Looks like he sold back all the preferred shares
for $9.93 total ! Not each share.
.0001 per share . He's given up the voting rights
Those shares were 500 votes per 1 share
Now , has he cut all ties . Who knows.
They have removed themselves from all social
Media and say only SEC filings will be means of
communication.
This refers to Cen Biotech , my guess is the few shares we all got
From the spinoff
will probably sit in never never land for the foreseeable future.
