Schaefer said he was stepping down in the PR yesterday.

But remember from the following PR:

"May 10, 2016 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Coin Citadel (OTC:CCTL) a Holdings Company is very proud to announce the appointment of a New Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Bill Schaefer has agreed to step down."

The CEO named was James Pulver who has been involved in many OTCM scams in the past.

In the end Schaefer is still the CEO.
