That's true, but it'll have a huge jump regardless of who gets in.. $280+ million in assets, 37 1/2 million O/S, 9 1/2 million float. Basically a reverse merger play with only 20m in restricted shares. The company is quite confident about uplisting to a major exchange. Filings coming. I'm holding for dollars per share.
