INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH, Why no one can do DUE DILIGENCE
It has been a year and a half since INTK published any financials and 2 years since they have published annual financials. If you travel to Naples to "knock on their door" you will not find anyone there to answer since Industrial Nanotech operates out of a virtual office and has no physical presence, factory or any tangible assets.
What you can find are current warnings about Industrial Nanotech from the OTC Markets, Better Business Bureau and other sites. You can also find glowing reports published by INTK about Synavax with spectacular but perplexing results on Synavax products that the company claims were used way before there was a Synavax.
The jury is out on both Industrial Nanotech and Stuart Burchill and this company is withholding information from the public for a reason. The excuse that they had problems with the software is silly after two years and there must be a more serious reason why INTK is withholding financials.
I would like anyone to provide answers on both why INTK is withholding financials and the outcome of the Grand Theft trial that Stuart Burchill had in Collier County.Can someone reply why the deposition of Rudi Dekkers, a convicted drug smuggler, was presented at Stuart Burchill's trial? Also, can someone fill us in on the tax problems that INTK has had with the State of Florida and whether the tax problems have been resolved or have they become even a greater problem.

Yes that is old news and was caused by others. Thats why he had to clean house and put it back in working order. And in so doing he immediately cut the overhead by getting rid of the dead weight that was using him instead of helping him.
