That is the million dollar question. Obviously SK is irrelevant as Peregrine transitions to Avid. The only saving grace is he is part of the IP sale. Otherwise, he is just a drag on the company.
SK is for all practical purposes HISTORY. He is probably being kept until end of January at which point ALL R&D expenses are scheduled to go to ZERO. If you look at the recent 10Q document it is signed by Roger Lias as Principal Executive Officer for Peregrine Pharmaceuticals !!
