Of course the info is more important, the problem being that the info is poorly researched and the blog post is basically just a hit piece on Mike Poutre.

I posted on this a few times last night, and Marxbys has as well. The author gets basic facts wrong, and is grossly uninformed on other points.

The article slanders a 100% legitimate company who is currently working hard and raising money through private placement. IMO The Crypto Company has absolutely nothing to do with running the PPS up. The shares we see trading are part of the limited amount of free trading shares available in the open market and traders are the ones running the price up and down due to limited liquidity.
The merge with Rimrock is designed to eliminate the liquidity problem.
