Have you considered looking at the filings cuz it sure seems like you're missing a few key pieces of information. Heck, there was one issued just 2 days ago and is on this thread!
There's no business operation currently in place here until Dror takes over, restructures the shares and establishes Simple Cork into the plan...So, all your red flags on a empty shell are going to go bye-bye starting in 8 days.
This stock might be an empty ticker symbol now and not worth consideration without knowing exactly how many new shares he's adding here to issue to Vapor Group shareholders for the spin-off -- but in a week or so when we have more info it'll be triggered on every trader's radar!
Plenty of DD over at Vapor Group board on this ticker, but you know that already.
