did we invest into a CDMO or drug development company? the IP will be sold but it won’t be for anywhere near what many expected. it’s a fire sale and won’t fetch big $. king and team have brought us to this unfortunate inflection point. good luck

sulaco, I follow you in that, I also think they will not use the ATM for anything else that bridging possible cash flow problems between NOW and a first payment for whatever deal is coming. And I think the UNQUALIFIED amounts (ZERO to IMO max 1-3Mil shares) is due to the unpredictable nature of when a final signature will be done.

I think the All Targets Analyse platform is the problem that needs to be solved because it is an IP based application, yet a UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION for Avid if they have that in exclusivity. In the end Dr. Lias will be settled on Avid results once the R&D is gone.
