Your correct and I need too work on it. Just get so sick of all the bs. Courts are compliant in adding confusion and obstruction of justice at all levels of the judicial system. to tell, to replace: not too tell,not too replace. An infinitive is a verbal consisting of the word to plus a verb.

If we are doing English lessons... please remember when to use "to" and when to use "too".
