They are in a quiet period and not able to say anything. Mergers like this are normal. The real question is what has been discovered during the quiet period.
BTSC had a horrible report come out on them November 13th. A complete breakdown of the companies assets and mining power. Terrible report. I sold on the 14th 150k shares. A few days later it launched.
No way to really know when they are pink and not fully reporting
