That's just a programming flaw on iHub or whatever program you were using. When .0011 got taken out, the new bid/ask became .0008 x .0015, and since .0011 is closer to .0008, it's marked as a sell. I think this happens because the program is receiving book data before trade data.

That 500k .0011 print towards EOD shows as a sell on the tape. That was definitely a buy, I watched it get taken off the offer. More trickery to shake shares.
