Nope...was a shell turned merger and they canceled the RS after announcing it...

I don't blame you for being confused they never seemed to make much effort in bringing eyes here....no dilution, beautiful share structure with nice PLANS...slowly but surely those plans seem to be coming to fruition

But ask Smitter I "think" he'll prob say something similar...at least regarding the fact that there's been no RS here...not in the past 3 years at least I don't know thee history beyond that
