Maybe he is pursuing some type of "border" opportunity in Russia and his target audience is not that familiar with the details of the border wall pilot project DPT apparently proposed on in the US....and so the "media" stuff from back then makes it look like DPT is actually involved in the wall.
Only problem is...beyond Dennis' own statements, which all of the "media" coverage is solely reliant on, there is nothing that independently supports the notion that DPT has any involvement in the wall project in the US.
...which is probably why he is not including that stuff on the US website.
