My guess only My guess is the planed secondary is no longer needed , my guess the big boys were waiting to get in and the talk of off take agreements will supply all the money we need for construction of the mine and mill.
The big fear here is the China big boys could try a takeover of ECS , a billion or two is chicken feed for them people. They could bring in china labor and cut the labor cost by 70 % is my guess ! JMHO
