Nowwhat2, Bearing on the Canadian exchange is
BRZ. BRGRF is on the American exchange. Bearing is in a three-way JV with LPI and MSB (private) on Salar de Maricunga (lithium) in Chile. The three-way JV is in serious need of being turned into a four-way with Fulin (Chinese) or with GSR/WML/Nissan or maybe with RioTinto as RT's second-choice if they don't take 32% in SQM next door in Maricunga Chile. The new 4th JV partner needs to bring $260M in CapEx funding to the deal. The new four-way could look like this Click here.

Yes, the removal of Mugabe was a factor in helping DRC realize which way is up, but I think bigger influencing factor is that Vladimir Putin just completed his victory tour in Syria freeing up thousands of ruthless battle-hardened Russian troops Click here and all these Congo rebels just realized Putin is now itching to clean clock next in Africa where there is also no one to count dead bodies or record where the dead bodies get tossed. Moscow most days is choking in automobile smog and the upcoming 5-year plan under the next Russian President (Putin) is going to promise electric cars in Moscow. Electric cars need lithium... and cobalt. If DRC continues on this stupid path of chaos, petty in-fighting and bloodshed then Putin will be able to waltz right in and take over with the USA's and Europe's blessing. Heads of state in DRC have another week probably to choose self-government administered intelligently (in lieu of monkey-business rule) or some other whiter nation is going to stomp right up their backside chocolate chimney and self-govern them King Leopold style in 2018... especially if any more blue-helmet UN peacekeepers get butchered in the DRC . This whole cobalt thing for the planet is way bigger than the current little-brain constantly-killing warlords in the Congo can safely handle if they keep this internal fighting up. What the market is "feeling" today is the more promising prospect of internal strife within the DRC being solved sooner-rather-than-later as all opposing local parties are being dragged to the bargaining room by international parties much larger (and much more dangerous) than they in the DRC could ever imagine themselves to be.
