Agreed but meanwhile bio companies able to add verifiable abuse deterrent properties to opioids do have a window of opportunity still.

It's not gonna be easy but I'm glad IPCI decided to fight for their oxy NDA candidate and if they do submit stellar oral and nasal data to the FDA by next September...there could still be some positives for IPCI entering the opioid abuse deterrent fight right...they just need to prove out their 1st NDA and then Dr. Odidi could finally begin filing those 20 other opioid based NDA's he's told us for years are in the hopper.

I believe Mr Odidi would be impressed to listen to our personal stories where we are loosing a lot of money just because we had faith in his vision.
He should see our faces in his parking lot and hear our voices and suffering.
