There is no valid Motion for Receivership impacting this company or its CEO. That proposed filing was vacated by the Sacramento Judge a year ago, and just last week, another judge in same court system told Maciora it was irrelevant to MECs share fraud case against Maciora et al.

There is no Methhead.

Asset protection is required to ensure the company's survival. Not certain why the method (not to be confused with methhead), has been such a hot topic for 3.5 years.

No embezzlement here. However, the other nasty e word--extortion--can be found in MEC's Complaint against Ken Maciora et al.

Very good and interesting due diligence. Shows how Methhead is moving the R/E.

I would encourage all shareholders to review the info, as well as, the motion for receiver to see what the chief embezzlement officer is doing behind the scenes.
