Why wouldn't the NY regulators recognize that Syncora has long since righted the ship? Thus allowing SYCRF to write new business?
Why does SYCRF want to get out of monoline business? What kind of business can they get into to utilize all the nols?
Seems like another company would want to acquire SYCRF for all the cash after they sell the insurance business , American Roads, Detroit properties, however this would nullify the NOL correct
