For the property located at 600 US HWY 50, Pinewild #2, Zephyr Cove NV 89448, Greenpay deeded the property to 1st Base Trust, Edward Robert Starrs, trustee.

The address listed for the trust is 1743 Terracina Drive, El Dorado Hills CA 95762 which was the same address listed for Greenpay who deeded the property to the Trust. The date of this transfer is July 19, 2016.

In October, 1st Base Trust deeded the property back to Greenpay.

All signatures for Greenpay and 1st Base Trust are Ed Starrs.

In January of this year, Greenpay then sold the property to Sierra Pine, LLC.

Anyone can go to the Douglas County Tax Assessor website and find this information on this one property. Go to this link and look at document history.
