If MMEX had any ongoing discussion, or hope on project financing, there would be ample evidence of it in the finance community. There is none.

If MMEX had any chance of securing project financing, it wouldn't be shopped in the hands of bottom-of-the-barrel deal brokers.

A rumor (in all caps) is nothing without facts to back it up. There is no syndicate forming behind MMEX, because there is nothing financeable inside its hollowed-out shell:

- No IP, no proprietary technology
- No team
- No suppliers
- No customers
- Loads of toxic debt
- Super-dilutive OTC issue
- $40-million in cumulative shareholder losses and liability
- Team with a 30-year history of failure

Those are the high points.

$MMEX FINANCING WILL BE ACQUIRED AND THE DETAILS ARE BEING IRONED OUT. THE TERM SHEET HAS BEEN SIGNED AND THE DETAILS ARE BEING IRONED OUT. THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE DAY 1 KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS HERE. IT WAS A LONG SHOT, YES, BUT ARE THEY GETTING FINANCING FOR THIS PROJECT, NO DOUBTS!! ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.
I GET MY INFORMATION STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE. DOUBTERS CAN DOUBT, HATERS CAN HATE, BUT THE REALITY IS, MMEX IS BUILDING A UNIT AND THERE WILL BE FULL OFF-TAKE AGREEMENTS IN PLACE FOR PRODUCTS. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE FINANCIERS. YES, THERE IS A 10Q COMING. WILL IT SHOW POSITIVE PROGRESS ON PAPER? I DONT KNOW....BUT WHAT I DO KNOW FOR SURE.....MMEX IS GETTING THIS DEAL DONE!

I'm fully convinced that what you are saying is fact. However, the market rather seems like being in waiting mode.
