Going from memory, there were a total of 1B shares allotted to Hemp Beer. (Not going to try to find that tidbit...) Shareholders were to get 1 of those shares for each 17 shares of NSAV owned. That means the Hemp Beer shares will actually transfer to CHIF, and we'll own the same number of shares that we are currently entitled to.
CHIF stock is at $.05 so there will be some sort of merging of shares, or Hemp Beer shares may be kept separate - those are the details we're awaiting.
