This is big news IMHO. At one of the shareholder meetings this year it did not sounds like EVIO was going to have much of a position in CA until mid-2018. Would like to see a bit more than a 60/40 stake but hey maybe the price was right. Wonder what the cost was and look forward to an 8-k with the details when the purchase happens.
