That article doesn't mention a word about VPER. If one were to look into it, they would see that VPER and Apollo Smart Lights (not Apollo Metro Solutions) are "partners" with no information on what that partnership entails.
The same person is a "general manager" for Xfire and Apollo Smart Lights and the CEO of VPER. How does that make sense at all?
