Let me answer this for you:

Halden will have no problem taking LTBR money.

Areva will have no problem taking LTBR money.

The question is will Areva contribute any cash to the JV? I will bet no.

There is the scam. Calling it a JV when it is just purchased services.

Sort of like calling your dog a cat. Or calling Rosie O'Donnell, Jenifer Aniston.
