PBA, the problem is the investment community has been scorched by the biomass industry. Lots of dry holes out there, so now there are comps for investors to look at the case studies. Few successes, and then only marginal. The shine of the green industry has fallen off and left the reality behind. Take a look at the developers from Germany. They had the most experience and now many have gone BK. Sorry to be negative, but there is little anyone can do to pull in new monies as investors want a return and the biomass industry has not done a very good job of ever returning monies to the investors. No returns no investors. And investors TALK to each other.

PBA. What don't you like about yesterdays news?

This is fantastic news! It shows that they are once step closer to getting started on constructing the project in Holland. Remember, they needed to get started by a certain date to keep the grant. Formally singing the EPC and O&M agreement show that this is moving forward. This is great stuff.

But as usual with this company, people scream for news and then when we get news nothing happens.
