selling $172.5M of ADSs on unspecified terms:

I just noticed that recently when I was charged an ADS fee for my GLPG holdings. I had (mistakenly) thought when they did the US IPO and my shares changed symbol (from GLPGYY to GLPG) that I was getting US listed shares I didn't realize this subtlely that it was an ADS. Anyone know why this is done?
