Revoked by the NVSOS because GRDO didn't pay its fees and now owes over $15,000.00 for reinstatement. Neither of these companies can afford to pay its bills.

It was revoked at the state level - which means it is trading illegally - but this has to be brought to the attention of the SEC. Schaefer had better apply to be reinstated.

It doesn't mean it was revoked by the SEC - you would know that if it had happened.
