I personally doubt they'd exceed the 9.99 percent level (OS) on acct of some of the warrant conditions. Just guessing. Plus they've been around going back to 2009 I believe. Fireopal may know on the date. Whether they'd be selling, I'm not sure but guessing not since they've hung around thru the bad times so would guess they'd hang out for the recovery but like I said I don't think they'd be the buying entity for common assuming they have warrants.
