Dan , Otto should have done the Lithium deal.

They chose, imprudently ,not to do the $10 MM deal because they were greedy and seriously misinformed, and , as such, they have created the negative value in the equity price and the company's credibilty which we can easily observe today...

Any other explanation is complete and pure nonsense.
