If they need more shares, just amend the articles of incorporation and increase the A/S.

CRCW did not originate from the State of Nevada. RMRK on the other hand did!

The State of Nevada is now a crypto - friendly state.

The company will most likely need to be originated out of Nevada to be in compliance with any federal mandates here.

Therefore RMRk is an RM play.
