Argilus was hired by Michelex back in 2004, if you go thru the old filings you will find all that, they hooked Michelex up with the Toxic Cornell Capital deal and they Terminated their contract with Argilus shortly after getting screwed by Cornell. Argilus, from what I've heard will never be hired by Michelex ever again. But their sorry azzez got close to 8 mil for their crappy performance anyways didn't they.
