Based upon delays, it is a reasonable conclusion that the letters are not real or the person doesn't know what they are talking about with any degree of certainty.
That said, it's more than likely real. While the TMPS person gets points for being responsive, they are not getting what they are being told or led to believe they will by these dates.
TMPS can get ahead of these ad hoc requests and speculation due to non-delivery by releasing real news instead of fluff PRs and unicorn treats on a cone with sprinkles of fairy dust.

I believe the risk vs reward for TMPS is just about as good as it gets, and although there are hurdles to overcome, the fundamentals will eventually drive this stock in my humble opinion.
