My sentiment on CEO Steve Berman changed with the 6 week delayed release of the engagement letter, and then on the big day all we get is a snippet of the letter with NO confirmation that an audit is being conducted.

Here's a list of deficiencies of the engagement letter ONCI posted on Twitter. Draw your own conclusions. Mine are it's a fake engagement letter. JMO
