CCTL is legit garbage and a scam I understand. Slow and steady wins the race (and volume). The share buy back/cancellation needs to be done before Q1 2018 is over --- we need momentum and buying before retail sales of products which the soonest will be in Q32018 so then showing Q3 ER which is later half of 2018.
