I must have missed the "written proof" from erthang. Please point in out to me. The problem is that no one knows the difference between the statement "I know BOCX has received multiple offers" and "I know BOCX claimed that they had multiple offers but did not say who they were from and refused the offers because of the semi exclusive license with ABT"
