They might want to move up to NASDAQ small cap. But if one would spend 1 minute and 42 seconds of dd one would see that the company would #1 have to become profitable and #2 have a positive shareholder value at the very very very very best the company is years away from this, then say they meet these two requirements then they would need to meet these requirements for 3 consecutive years then they can apply for a NASDAQ listing..

Uplisting, they trying to get back on nasdaq



It will take several years of consecutive profitable quarters to uplist on NASDAQ.

A mere reverse split will not do it. Especially not when it's done in anticipation of losing the Grant Thornton lawsuit and enacting further dilution.

I hate what management is doing to it's common shareholders.
