You would probably have to read other tickers that do buybacks and see if their buybacks have specific rules as well.

I’m just completely guessing and not sure , but I felt that I have read other tickers in the past have specific buyback blackout periods as well ... I don’t think they can buyback shares whenever they feel like it.

Hard to tell what to believe with this company; in a years time they took the AS from about 500M to 6+B and through mega dilution the pps dropped to 1/100 of a penny. Why? Because they fell on their PR sword time and time again by failing in his business deals and lost all credibility. Benardturd is inept, but I don't think he is a crook. I've had numerous conversations with him in the spring when he was talking, but that his stopped probably due to the ridicule; he came across as an honest person, but low in intelligence and business skills.

So if this PR is for real, it's the exception. GLTA
