Reading the latest filing for CHIF on OTCMarkets (Q3, September), it shows that it is basically a company with no products, no revenue, and apparently, no debt. That would make it a shell company. And, since it is already pubic, our hemp beer shares will be part of that company.
Really low AS: 100M. OS is only 13.8M, and float (free trading) is only 2,132,782. That is a very nice SS. Current share price is $.059, up 18% today.
My hemp beer dividend will be 5M shares of CHIF, which, if what appears to be true is actually true, would be worth $295K...
So, this is very interesting, indeed.

Typical OTC scam method of trading shares between related broke tickers when there is no real value to the shares or the companies involved at all.
Tilton played the same shell game with his other tickers TIPS and TNMD.
